Do you want to work in direct social services by supporting individuals with functional variations in their development? We are now seeking five coaches for our daily activity centers in Stockholm. We offer training and several benefits. About the role Your work will involve supporting individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and neuropsychiatric conditions in their development. At Nytida's daily activity centers, we have one main focus: individualization. That the activities are individually designed is paramount. We base everything on the person's needs, interests, motivation, and above all, their strengths. Therefore, activities vary from person to person. Many have a strong desire to connect or reconnect with working life. For life to feel meaningful, there is often a need for something more. This could be developing through physical activity, education, crafts, or simply meeting others to socialize and talk about life. Your work tasks also include setting goals with the client, planning and documenting based on the current implementation plan, and maintaining contact with case managers and networks. About the position Nytida has daily activity centers throughout Stockholm. We are currently seeking coaches for our center in Haninge. Each center has a unit manager who spends part of their time in the facility. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your experience and knowledge You may have upper secondary education in healthcare and care, for example as a nursing assistant. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is a merit if you have post-secondary education in social work, such as social worker, occupational therapist, health pedagogue, public health expert, behavioral scientist, or similar, as well as experience working with this target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support and help you grow.
