CNC Technician/CAM Planner for Råda Industries

Råda Industries is a complete partner in metal processing and is now seeking an experienced CNC technician/CAM planner who wants to take key responsibility in their cutting machining department. Your Tasks You will be the primary responsible person for CAM planning for their Mazak machines and a key person in the department. The role combines planning at the computer with practical work at the machines – you're equally at home in the CAM environment as on the shop floor. Your responsibilities include: - Develop and optimize CAM programs in Edgecam for ready-to-run status in Mazak machines - Select machining strategy, cutting parameters, and tools based on part and material - Read and interpret technical drawings with tight tolerances - Ensure that the first part meets specifications – quality assurance from planning to finished part - Work directly with the machines during setup, troubleshooting, and verification - Contribute to continuous improvement in planning and production flow - Participate in discussions about which new machines should be purchased Their cutting machining equipment: - Mazak HCN-4000 – horizontal machining center - Mazak QT-250MSY – multifunctional lathe with milling function, Y-axis, and counter-spindle Your Profile They believe you thrive in a technical environment where precision, professional pride, and a solution-oriented mindset are natural parts of everyday work. You have solid experience in CNC machining and CAM programming and are comfortable taking responsibility for your part of production.
