YOUR DAILY WORK As a CNC operator/CNC technician at MannTek's prototype department, you work with programming, machining, and problem-solving on a modern 5-axis multiturn machine. Unlike traditional mass production, your work involves manufacturing unique parts, test components, and prototypes that become an important part of the company's product development. You work closely with the design department and participate throughout the entire process – from drawing and concept to finished component. The role demands technical curiosity, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach where you plan and drive your work forward independently. At MannTek, there is no in-house mass production. Once a product is fully developed, manufacturing is handed over to external suppliers, which means you constantly work with new products, new challenges, and varying tasks. WHO ARE YOU? We're looking for someone with solid experience in CNC machining and programming who feels confident independently tackling complex manufacturing challenges. You're someone who enjoys finding solutions where others see obstacles and is motivated by working with varying tasks in a development-oriented environment. You're responsible, organized, and good at planning your work. At the same time, you value collaboration with colleagues and engineers where different expertise together creates the best solutions. We'd like to see that you have: Several years of experience in CNC machining and programming. Experience with advanced turning or multi-axis machining. Good technical understanding and a strong interest in problem-solving. It's a merit if you have experience with: Esprit-Edge CAM or Fusion 360. Fanuc programming. Manual machining.
