We are looking for a CNC technician for our sheet metal production!
About the Position
As a CNC technician with leadership responsibility, you will oversee the sheet metal department and lead a small team. You ensure that production runs efficiently, maintains high quality, and that the right priorities are set in daily operations. You work closely with the production manager and become an important part of developing the production process, with focus on structure, efficiency, and improved workflows.
We are looking for someone with:
Experience with CNC-related sheet metal processing
Experience from production work in the manufacturing industry
Ability to lead and delegate work within the production team
Good understanding of sheet metal processing and manufacturing processes
Experience working in a production-oriented role
A responsible work approach and experience leading people in daily operations
