We're looking for someone with technical interest who wants to work with machinery in industry. You enjoy working hands-on, are solution-oriented, and have a strong passion for technology. You'll join a dedicated team of 12 people. Want to develop with us? Job Description In our machine shop, we manufacture production tools and spare parts for our entire Hofors operation. You will primarily be setting up, programming, and monitoring CNC machines. Working hours: Shift work, currently 2-shift rotation. Your Skills and Qualifications You have workshop training or equivalent experience and preferably several years of experience with cutting machining and working with CNC-controlled machines. You have knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. General computer skills and a category B driver's license are required for the position, and you must be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We would particularly appreciate experience in CNC machine programming. Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Edgecam are advantageous. We place great emphasis on personality. You are responsible, safety-conscious, and enjoy collaborating with others. At the same time, you can work independently and take initiative when needed. If you also bring positive energy and like contributing to a good atmosphere around you, you'll thrive with us.
