About the Role We are looking for a self-driven CNC machinist who will have the opportunity to handle the entire process from programming to finished component. Since you will be working with piece production and small series, the role involves varied work with frequent changeovers, programming, and part changes. As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up machines, and executing production. You will be working with: - Programming and optimization of CNC programs - Setup and adjustment of CNC machines - Turning - Milling - Quality inspections with measuring tools - Planning and preparation of upcoming jobs during production About You We are looking for someone who is technically minded, self-driven, and has a natural understanding of how machines function. You are a problem-solver who takes responsibility for your work and sees solutions rather than obstacles.
