We are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented CNC technician to join us in Mariestad.
As a technician with us, you will have an important key role and be involved in most aspects of our machine operations.
You will contribute throughout the entire process, from the quotation stage until a finished product leaves the machine.
The main task is programming and optimization of our modern CNC machines.
Beyond that, you are expected to spend considerable time in the machine shop where you will, among other things:
set up new jobs that you have programmed yourself
support and help our CNC operators
ensure that the machines are running smoothly
assist with daily tasks such as chip removal and cleaning
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to have solid technical knowledge and be comfortable working independently.
You need to have experience and good skills in blueprint reading, CNC programming and measurement techniques.
If you are familiar with CAM programming, that is a plus. We use the Esprit program for programming our 5-axis mills.
