Description:

1. General knowledge of CNC machine operating systems 2. Creation of simple programs and uploading programs from the program database for the given part. 3. According to the technological procedure and CNC program protocol, select appropriate tools, perform measurement and record corrections into machine parameters. 4. Ability to properly clamp the workpiece according to the program protocol specification, perform setup of machining planes. 5. Load program from the program database 6. Obligation to monitor machine operation and in case of discrepancy stop the machine and perform corrections - change of spindle speed, change of feed rate. 7. Work with precision +-0.05 mm 8.
