Your Responsibilities The tasks may vary depending on the assignment, but typically include working with CNC-controlled machines, blueprint reading, measurement, and quality assurance. You will work in a production environment where collaboration, structure, and continuous improvement are central, often in teams with shared goals and established work methods. The role includes operating and monitoring CNC-controlled milling or turning machines, typically with Siemens control systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct jobs and tools are available in production, as well as performing quality checks on manufactured parts and daily machine maintenance. The role also involves ongoing contact with adjacent departments to handle any issues and contribute to efficient production flow. Working hours may vary and often involve different forms of shift work, depending on operational needs. Your Profile Requirements for the Position: Technical education or industrial experience as a CNC operator. Knowledge of blueprint reading. Good Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written. Good computer skills. Merits for the Position: Experience in machine handling, machining, and precision technology. Experience with self-inspection. Knowledge of the IFS business system. Given the varying tasks the position entails, you must be flexible, engaged, and unpretentious as a person. You are responsible, cooperative, and have good communication skills as the work involves continuous contact with various colleagues. Application Process This is an initial consulting assignment of 6 months with the possibility of extension or direct employment with the customer after a period of temporary staffing.
