If so, you might be exactly who we're looking for! Your Responsibilities Work tasks may vary depending on the assignment, but typically include working with CNC-controlled machines, blueprint reading, measurement, and quality assurance. You will work in a production environment where collaboration, structure, and continuous improvement are central, often in teams with shared goals and established procedures. The role includes operating and monitoring CNC-controlled milling or turning machines, typically with Siemens control systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct jobs and tools are available in production, as well as performing quality inspections of manufactured parts and daily machine maintenance. The role also involves ongoing contact with adjacent departments to address any issues and contribute to efficient production flow. We will of course provide more details about each assignment and company for candidates who advance in the process. Working hours may vary and often involve different forms of shift work, depending on operational needs. Your Profile Requirements for the Position: • Technical education or industrial experience as a CNC operator • Knowledge of blueprint reading • Strong skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written • Good computer skills Merits for the Position: • Experience with machine handling, machining, and precision technology • Experience with self-inspection • Knowledge of the IFS business system Given the varying tasks this position entails, we need someone who is flexible, engaged, and unpretentious. You are responsible, collaborative, and have good communication skills, as the work involves continuous contact with various colleagues.
