We are seeking CNC Operators and Setup Technicians for our client in Oxelösund!

We are now recruiting engaged and skilled CNC operators and setup technicians for our client. In this role, you will work with modern CNC machines and be responsible for ensuring efficient production – from preparation and setup to finished machined components.
Your main responsibilities:
Set up and rig CNC machines for production.
Operate and monitor machines during machining.
Work according to drawings, instructions, and production documentation.
Manage and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient production.
Work with control systems such as Heidenhain and Okuma.
Perform ongoing measurements and quality inspections to ensure parts meet correct dimensions and tolerances.
Execute tool changes and optimize cutting parameters as needed.
Identify and handle minor operational issues and perform basic maintenance.
Document production and report according to established procedures.
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, technically interested, and has experience setting up, rigging, and operating CNC machines. You work independently, take responsibility for your work, and have a natural focus on quality.
If you also have experience with CNC programming, that is a strong asset.
Your Profile
We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for technology who thrives in a production environment where precision, responsibility, and quality are integral to the work. To succeed in this role, we believe you:
Have experience setting up, rigging, and operating CNC machines.
Have good understanding of blueprint reading and technical instructions.
Are meticulous and quality-conscious with an eye for detail.
Are accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility for machinery and production.
Have a solution-oriented work approach and can handle minor technical challenges.
Have experience with control systems, such as Heidenhain and/or Okuma.
Are an engaged team player who contributes to good cooperation within the team.
Have a desire to develop and continue building your expertise in CNC and production.
Experience with CNC programming is advantageous, but what matters most is that you have the right experience, commitment, and desire to develop in the role.
