About the Position Are you a detail-oriented and driven CNC operator who wants to develop in a stable company? Here you'll have the opportunity to grow in your professional role and work in a technologically advanced environment. About the Role: As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for preparing and monitoring multi-operation machines during production and performing minor program adjustments as needed. This means you will independently set up machines, change tools, measure, and make adjustments to meet drawing specifications. If you already have programming skills, or are willing to learn them, that opportunity may be available. The CNC operator role is flexible as both large and small production runs occur. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and motivation to develop in your role. At the workplace, you are thorough and value quality in everything you do. You also enjoy collaborating with colleagues in a positive work environment. Previous experience with Mazak, Doosan, and Okuma is a plus. Requirements: • Education and/or work experience in CNC machining • Knowledge of blueprint reading • Driver's license & vehicle Desired Start Date: By agreement Work Hours: Day shift. 2-shift schedules may occur.
