CNC Operators Needed Immediately for Evening and Night Shifts in Stockholm Diversa Solutions AB is immediately seeking experienced CNC operators for work with one of our customers in Stockholm. The positions are located in the turning or milling departments and the work is performed on a fixed evening or night shift. This is an urgent recruitment and selection is ongoing. About the Position As a CNC operator, you will take over machines already in operation from the previous shift and be responsible for keeping production running during the evening or night. Multiple machines are operated in parallel, which means you need to be able to monitor and control several manufacturing processes simultaneously. You are also responsible for inspecting, measuring, and documenting the manufactured parts according to established inspection plans. Job Duties Your main job duties include: Monitoring and controlling CNC machines Work in CNC turning or CNC milling Taking over machines already in operation from the previous shift Ensuring that production processes remain running Parallel monitoring of multiple machines Inspection and measurement of manufactured parts Working according to drawings, instructions, and inspection plans Measuring with handheld measuring tools and other measuring instruments Measuring on a coordinate measuring machine Documentation of measurement results and production output Reporting and handling any deviations Working according to applicable safety and quality regulations Working Hours The position involves work on a fixed evening or night shift. Evening Shift Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Friday: 3:00 PM–10:00 PM Night Shift Monday–Thursday: 10:45 PM–7:15 AM Requirements for the Position To be considered for the position, you must have: Documented experience with cutting operations in CNC turning or CNC milling Experience monitoring and controlling CNC machines Ability to inspect and measure manufactured parts Ability to work independently and responsibly Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Ability to work fixed evening or night shifts Meritorious It is an advantage if you have: Relevant education in CNC, industrial, or production engineering At least three years of experience with cutting operations on complex parts Good knowledge of machine engineering or production engineering Experience with measurement techniques and coordinate measuring machines Experience with setup and tool changes Knowledge of CNC machine programming Experience working with multiple machines in parallel Experience from quality-controlled industrial production Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, you need to be thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious.
