About the Position We are now seeking CNC operators for several of our clients in the Gothenburg area. These are long-term assignments that offer excellent opportunities for transition to permanent employment with the client for the right person. Whether you have primarily worked as an operator or have more experience with setup and programming, we would like to hear from you. About the Position: The work may include machine operation, setup, tool changes, program corrections, quality inspections, and work based on drawings and instructions. We have assignments within milling, turning, and robotic cells, with varying degrees of responsibility and technical level. Our clients work in various sectors of industry—from small workshops to larger production environments—but they all seek individuals who want to develop long-term and contribute with quality, responsibility, and commitment. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with experience working as a CNC operator who enjoys practical and technical work. You are thorough, responsible, and have an interest in manufacturing and problem-solving. Requirements: • Experience working as a CNC operator • Knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques • Fluency in Swedish, spoken and written • Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle Meritorious: • Experience with setup and program corrections • Experience with different control systems • Forklift and overhead crane certification Working Hours: Day shifts and shift work available Start Date: By agreement These are initially contract positions through Ikett with excellent opportunities for transition to the client.
