We're currently seeking CNC operators for upcoming assignments with our customers. In this role, you may work with setting up, programming, monitoring, and operating CNC-controlled machines to produce parts with high precision based on drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. You contribute to efficient production, ensure high quality, and help ensure on-time deliveries. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in improvement initiatives that strengthen productivity, quality, and safety. The work tasks can periodically be physically demanding, so it's an advantage if you enjoy active work and see it as a positive challenge. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we'd like to see that you have a genuine interest in technology and previous experience with CNC, either through work or training. Since the position may involve assignments with different customers, a B-class driver's license is a requirement if you want to work as a traveling consultant. We value strong collaboration skills, while you also need to be confident working independently when the situation calls for it. As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and have a strong sense of quality in your work. For us, your personality matters.
