We are now seeking two experienced CNC operators for a client in the Arboga area – one specializing in milling and one in turning. You will work in a modern workshop environment where you are responsible for operating 1–2 machines and independently managing the entire process from drawing to finished component. The work consists mainly of small series and single-piece production, where precision and quality are essential. Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (milling or turning) Independently program machines Machine components in small series and single-piece production Work from drawings and technical specifications Location: Arboga Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Shift work, 2/3 shifts About You We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a CNC operator and who is confident working independently. You have good experience with programming and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for the entire machining process. You are thorough, solution-oriented, and have a strong technical interest. Qualifications Several years of experience as a CNC operator Programming experience Experience with small series and single-piece production Swedish spoken and written Meritorious Experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc control systems CAD/CAM knowledge Forklift certification Traverce crane certification We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
