CNC Operators

We are now recruiting two experienced CNC operators for a client in the Arboga area – one with a focus on milling and one on turning. You will work in a modern workshop environment where you are responsible for operating 1–2 machines and independently managing the entire process from drawing to finished component. The work consists mainly of small-batch and one-off manufacturing, where precision and quality are essential. Work Tasks Set up, operate and monitor CNC machines (milling or turning) Independently program machines Process components in small batches and one-off manufacturing Work from drawings and technical specifications Location: Arboga Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Shift work, 2/3-shift About You We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a CNC operator who is comfortable working independently. You have good experience with programming and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for the entire machining process. You are thorough, solution-oriented and have a strong technical interest. Qualifications Several years of experience as a CNC operator Programming experience Experience with small-batch and one-off manufacturing Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc control systems CAD/CAM knowledge Forklift certification Overhead crane certification We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
