We are a stable contract manufacturer of machine components with around 75 colleagues, where modern technology is combined with a safe and grounded work environment. Here the distance between idea and decision is short, and even though we've grown, we haven't forgotten that it's the people who make the machines work. We are now looking for a CNC machine operator for our production team. You will be an important part of daily production and will work with modern CNC-controlled machines, varying components, and skilled colleagues. You don't need to know everything from day one, but you should have practical experience in machining, understand the process, and want to become even better at what you do. Your responsibilities Set up, run, and monitor CNC-controlled machines Perform tool changes and adjustments and conduct trial runs of new articles Measure and inspect parts against drawings and specified tolerances Document and ensure quality is maintained throughout Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality Contribute ideas and improvements We believe you Have workshop or industrial training, or equivalent industry experience Have several years of experience with CNC-controlled machines, preferably including setup, tool changes, and trial runs Are comfortable with blueprint reading and quality inspections Are self-driven, responsible, and thorough Are solution-oriented and don't give up just because the machine flashes angrily Work well in teams and appreciate colleagues who can laugh at both good and not-so-good jokes It's a bonus if you have Experience with Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Okuma Forklift and/or overhead crane certification Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor Experience with LEAN or other continuous improvement initiatives Interest in technology and new production methods Work schedule This position involves shift work and may include two-shift or night shift schedules depending on operational needs.
