Job Description
In the role of CNC operator, you will operate and monitor CNC machines in the production of moulds. You are responsible for processing and manufacturing according to given specifications, with a focus on quality and precision.
The work includes programming and setting up machines as well as continuous monitoring to ensure that production runs efficiently. You work from drawings and technical documentation, which requires high accuracy and technical understanding.
The role also includes:
• Preparing and setting up CNC machines for production
• Reading and interpreting drawings and work instructions
• Checking dimensions and quality of finished products
• Troubleshooting and adjusting machines as needed in case of deviations
• Contributing to order and structure in the production environment
• Collaborating with colleagues in production to ensure an efficient workflow
The work is practical and varied and takes place in a production environment where safety, quality and collaboration are central parts of daily work.
Working hours are 6:30 AM–3:30 PM Monday–Friday.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role of CNC operator, we see that you have a technical interest and experience from work in production or industry.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience with CNC-controlled machines or similar production work
• Good skills in reading and interpreting drawings
• Industrial experience, preferably from manufacturing or production
• Good collaborative skills and enjoy working in a team
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work tasks
• Meticulousness and quality awareness
It is advantageous if you have:
• Experience from the concrete, construction or manufacturing industry
Great weight is placed on personal qualities.
