Are you a meticulous and technically skilled CNC operator who wants to work in a high-tech production environment? We're now recruiting a CNC operator to start immediately! As a CNC operator, you'll become an important part of our production team, working with manufacturing and machining of components with high precision and quality requirements. You'll work in a modern production environment where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are the focus. Your responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring CNC machines. Setting up and adjusting machines before production. Performing measurements and quality inspections of manufactured parts. Reading and understanding technical drawings and instructions. Working with tool changes and basic troubleshooting. Documenting completed work according to company procedures. Contributing to improvement initiatives and efficient production. You will work according to structured processes with high demands for accuracy and quality. The company actively practices LEAN and continuous improvement. The assignment is expected to start immediately and will run until at least 2026-12-30, with the possibility of extension. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You enjoy practical work and find it easy to follow instructions and established work processes. At the same time, you are curious and see opportunities for improvement. We'd like you to have: CNC training or equivalent relevant education. Experience with CNC machining and industrial production. Good understanding of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. Technical interest and desire to develop. Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. A responsible and quality-conscious approach to work.
