Your Tasks
As a CNC operator, you become an important part of Specialverktyg's continued growth and development. You work with grinding and machining of high-precision tools and components where accuracy and quality are crucial for the final result.
The role includes machine operation, blueprint reading, measurement, and quality control to ensure that products meet the company's high precision requirements. You work in a varied environment where technical expertise, problem-solving, and quality are in focus.
You become part of an engaged team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of daily life. If you lack experience with cylindrical grinding, you will receive support from a mentor who is responsible for your introduction and internal training, which gives you good conditions to develop in the role.
The position is based on day shifts.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with CNC training and a strong interest in technology and manufacturing. You appreciate working with precision and thrive in an environment where quality is in focus.
For you to succeed in the role, we believe you are thorough, responsible, and have a willingness to develop together with the company. You do not need to have previous experience with cylindrical grinding – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, a technical interest, and an ambition to learn.
Requirements
CNC training
Basic understanding of blueprint reading
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Merits:
Experience with grinding or cylindrical grinding
Experience with CNC machining
Experience from the machine shop industry
Knowledge in measuring technology and quality control
