CNC Operator for Industrial Company in Gislaved Area

* Montico is seeking a CNC operator for an established industrial company in the Gislaved area. With our client, you will become part of a knowledgeable and engaged team where people collaborate, help each other, and share their expertise. About the Position This role is perfect for you if you have a technical interest and enjoy working hands-on with machines and tools. We prefer that you have CNC experience, but you don't need to be fully trained from the start – there is an opportunity to learn and develop further in the role. What's important is that you have the right feel for industrial work, are curious, and want to develop. This is a staffing position, which means you will initially be employed by Montico with excellent opportunities for long-term employment with the client company. The position is based on day shifts. Job Description Work tasks may vary depending on experience and skill level – from operating and monitoring machines to setting up, adjusting, and eventually working more with programming. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure production runs smoothly and that details maintain the correct quality. The role also includes some assembly tasks and other practical work related to manufacturing. Your main responsibilities will include: *Operating and monitoring CNC-controlled machines *Reading and understanding technical drawings *Measuring and quality-assuring parts *Working with basic assembly and finishing *Setting up and adjusting machines based on experience and skill level We Are Looking for You If You have a technical interest and enjoy practical work where you can use both your hands and your mind. You don't need several years of CNC experience – we place great emphasis on your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn. You are someone who takes responsibility for your work, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in an environment where people collaborate and help each other. To succeed in the role, we would like you to: *Have experience from industry, workshop, or similar practical work. *Have an interest in machines, tools, and technology. *Be able to read and understand technical drawings. *Be thorough and quality-conscious. *Have good learning ability and take your own initiative. *Have a B driver's license and access to a car.
