CNC Operator for Industrial Company in Gislaved Area

* Montico is seeking a CNC Operator for an well-established industrial company in the Gislaved area. With our client, you will become part of a knowledgeable and dedicated team where you collaborate, help each other, and share your knowledge. About the Position This role is perfect for you if you have a technical interest and enjoy working practically with machines and tools. We would appreciate it if you have CNC experience, but you don't need to be fully trained from the start - there is an opportunity to learn and develop further in the role. What matters is that you have the right feel for industrial work, are curious, and want to develop. This is a temporary staffing position, which means you will initially be employed by Montico with good opportunities for a long-term position with the client company. The position is based on day shift. Job Description Work tasks may vary depending on experience and skill level - from operating and monitoring machines to setting up, adjusting, and eventually working more with programming. You will work closely with your colleagues where you together ensure that production runs smoothly and that details meet the right quality. The role also involves certain assembly tasks and other practical work related to manufacturing. Your main responsibilities will include: *Operating and monitoring CNC-controlled machines *Reading and understanding drawings *Inspecting and quality assuring parts *Working with simple assembly and finishing *Setting up and adjusting machines based on experience and skill level We are Looking for You You have a technical interest and enjoy practical work where you get to use both your hands and your head. You don't need to have several years of CNC experience – we place great emphasis on your attitude, your drive, and your willingness to learn. You are a person who takes responsibility for your tasks, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in an environment where people collaborate and help each other. To succeed in this role, we would like you to: *Have experience from industry, workshop, or similar practical work. *Have an interest in machines, tools, and technology. *Be able to read and understand drawings. *Be thorough and quality-conscious. *Learn easily and take your own initiative. *Have a valid driver's license (Class B) and access to a car.
