CNC Operator for Industrial Company in Gislaved Area

* Montico is seeking a CNC operator for a well-established industrial company in the Gislaved area. With our client, you will be part of a knowledgeable and dedicated team where you collaborate, support each other, and share your knowledge. About the Position This role is perfect for you if you have a technical interest and enjoy practical work with machines and tools. We prefer that you have CNC experience, but you don't need to be fully trained from the start - there is an opportunity to learn and develop further in the role. What matters is that you have the right feel for industrial work, are curious, and want to grow. This is a temporary staffing position, which means you will initially be employed by Montico with good opportunities for a long-term position with the client company. The position is based on day shifts. Job Description Work tasks may vary depending on your experience and knowledge level - from operating and monitoring machines to setting up, adjusting, and eventually working more with programming. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure production runs smoothly and that parts meet the correct quality standards. The role also involves some assembly tasks and other practical work related to manufacturing. Your main responsibilities will include: *Operating and monitoring CNC-controlled machines *Reading and understanding technical drawings *Measuring and quality-checking parts *Working with basic assembly and finishing *Setting up and adjusting machines based on your experience and knowledge level We Are Looking for You If You have a technical interest and enjoy practical work where you can use both your hands and your head.
