JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a CNC operator with us, you will: Program, set up, and operate CNC-controlled mills and lathes to manufacture high-quality components. Independently read and interpret drawings to ensure products meet customer specifications. Maintain and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency. Contribute to quality control and documentation of manufacturing processes. Participate in troubleshooting and improvement projects to increase production capacity. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production flows. PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Requirements and merits: At least 2 years of experience as a CNC operator Extensive experience with cutting tools. Good knowledge of blueprint reading, quality awareness, and problem-solving. Independent use of the CAM system Mastercam. Experience with Mazak and DMG machines is a merit.
