CNC Operator at e-Component

About the Position As a CNC Operator, you are responsible for maximizing machine utilization, performing maintenance, and ensuring correct settings. You operate and program machines in one of two shift teams consisting of operators and production supervisors. Together, you are responsible for our mechanical machining of workpieces and manufacturing of steel components, as well as quality assurance of the work performed. Two shifts means you work alternating weeks: Monday-Friday 05:30-14:15 one week, and 14:30-23:59 the next week. About You To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience working independently with CNC machines and that you master cutting operations. Furthermore, we see that you can read technical drawings including form and position tolerances and understand the meaning of the drawing. are interested in programming and are familiar with different measurement methods and measuring instruments. enjoy working in a team and are easy to collaborate with. have a strong sense for quality and attention to detail. Experience with the Monitor business system and/or training in milling are considered merits. As a person, you are thorough and responsible and take pride in the quality of the work you perform. You are a team player who easily collaborates with colleagues but can also work independently. Furthermore, you are a problem-solver who enjoys facing new challenges. The work requires good physical ability as heavy lifting and prolonged standing may occur.
