Your Mission
• Operate a 7-axis machine with dual machine tables and 9 meters of travel on the X-axis.
• Work in a cross-functional CNC team with close collaboration with programmers, production engineering, and planning.
• Manage and optimize machine performance to ensure high productivity and quality.
• Contribute your ideas to improve processes and workflows.
• Participate in problem-solving and innovation around machine usage.
• Work various shifts as work outside daytime hours may occur. For this position, we are primarily looking for someone willing to work two shifts!
Your Story
• Education in machine shop technology or equivalent work experience, or strong curiosity to learn.
• Experience with CNC milling/turning and working with at least a 5-axis machine is a plus.
• Knowledge of Siemens control systems and blueprint reading is a plus.
• Experience working with carbon fiber is a plus.
• A calm, methodical work approach with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Great commitment and responsibility for the machine and its operation.
• Ability to collaborate and enjoy achieving common goals together with your team.
