About the Role As a CNC operator with us, you'll set up, rig, run, and control production on our machines. You'll be an important part of the daily workflow and play a central role in ensuring that manufacturing meets the right quality standards, runs efficiently, and is delivered on schedule. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Setting up and rigging CNC machines, primarily lathes and mills ✅ Running production according to drawings, orders, and quality requirements ✅ Measuring and inspecting components with measuring tools ✅ Handling deviations and reporting in the MPS system ✅ Contributing to order, safety, and improvements in daily operations Why You Should Apply At Bearbetningscenter AB, you'll get a secure position in a stable company where technology, quality, and teamwork are central. What We're Looking For We believe you have experience from industry, production, or machine shop work and thrive in a role that requires precision, technical interest, and responsibility. You're comfortable working from drawings, checking your work, and contributing to a stable production flow. We see that you have: ✅ Knowledge of blueprint reading ✅ Experience using measuring tools ✅ Experience from industrial production or similar work ✅ Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Swedish is the working language in the operation, which means you need to be able to follow instructions, communicate with colleagues, and handle documentation in Swedish. It's an advantage if you also have: ✅ CNC training or previous experience with CNC machining ✅ Knowledge of CNC programming ✅ Computer skills, preferably experience with CAD ✅ Experience from quality-controlled industry, for example automotive manufacturing Your Profile We place great importance on your personal qualities.
