At AGES in Hörle, we work with advanced metal component manufacturing, focusing on modern CNC machines, automation, and quality-controlled processes. To meet the growth and development ahead of us, we are now expanding shift operations in production. We offer 2-shift work (fixed or rotating) day shift and night shift depending on which machine groups you are scheduled for. The job involves:
Here you will have the opportunity to broaden your technical skills and work with varying components and machining operations. As a CNC operator, you will have varied and developmental work. You will:
Operate and monitor CNC machines – primarily multi-operation machines and assist with setup. Each operator works to ensure high precision through measurement techniques and quality controls
Perform tool changes, adjustments, and minor optimizations
Work independently with drawings and production documentation and participate in improvement work and streamlining of machine lines
Collaborate with production technicians and colleagues to drive development forward
Your experience and competence
We would like to see that you have:
Experience with CNC work or technical workshop background with interest in process optimization
Good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques
A structured and solution-oriented working style and technical interest
Experience with multi-operation machines or automated production cells (a plus)
Personal qualities carry significant weight – we are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and enjoys working in a technical environment.
