CNC Operator - Varied Production with Development Opportunities Are you a CNC operator who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop? Then this could be your next step. We are now looking for a CNC operator for a modern production facility where you will work with varied components and apply your experience in daily operations. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will primarily work with an Okuma lathe. Production is characterized by variety rather than long production runs, which means varied work where you get the opportunity to use and develop your CNC skills. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up and monitoring the CNC machine Making adjustments to existing programs Performing quality control measurements and ensuring correct quality Changing tools Performing basic machine maintenance For the right person, there is potential to develop further through internal training and independently program CNC machines. The work involves shift work. We are Looking for You You have experience working as a CNC operator and feel comfortable in a production industrial environment. As a person, we believe you are responsible, thorough, and quality-conscious. You have your own drive and enjoy learning new things and developing in your work. It is advantageous if you have Experience with Okuma machines Forklift certification Traveling crane certification Employment For someone with good experience, this position is available as a direct recruitment to the company.
