CNC Operator / Production Technician

We work with both large and small customers in industries such as: electrical applications (high and low voltage), trucks, buses, trains, train signal systems, automobiles, other vehicles, defense and welding industries, lamp housings, pump housings, kitchen equipment, medical, water treatment, dehumidification and air purification, etc. About the Role Are you a sharp CNC expert who wants to work with modern machinery, smart processes, and have the opportunity to make an impact? We're looking for someone who wants to take a central role in our production and drive development forward! The position begins with training/onboarding on the morning shift, after which you will transition to evening or night shift. Your Responsibilities As a CNC operator with us, you will: Analyze and evaluate machining methods to select efficient and cost-effective solutions. Create, optimize, and fine-tune CNC programs for both turning and milling machines. Interpret customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Plan production for optimal resource utilization and ensure on-time delivery. Perform quality control and drive improvement measures. Work closely with an experienced and competent team of technicians. We're Looking for Someone Who Has At least 5 years of experience as a production technician/CNC operator – preferably in turning and milling. Experience in a highly automated production environment. Strong blueprint reading skills and experience with ISO programming is required. Strong communication skills and a natural ability for teamwork. Drive, commitment, and willingness to improve processes and results. Shift work may occur in this position. Training takes place during daytime hours.
