We're looking for you to take a central role in our production and help drive development forward! The position begins with training/onboarding on the morning shift, after which you will transition to evening or night shift. Your Responsibilities As a CNC operator with us, you will: Analyze and evaluate machining methods to select effective and cost-efficient solutions. Create, optimize, and fine-tune CNC programs for both lathes and milling machines. Interpret customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Plan production for optimal resource utilization and ensure on-time delivery. Perform quality inspections and drive improvement initiatives. Work closely with an experienced and competent technician team. We're Looking for Someone Who Has At least 5 years of experience as a production technician/CNC operator – preferably in turning and milling. Experience in a highly automated production environment. Strong blueprint reading skills and experience with ISO programming are required. Excellent communication skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork. Drive, commitment, and willingness to improve processes and results. Shift work may be required in this position. Training occurs during daytime hours.
