CNC Operator - New Production Öckerö We are now looking for a CNC operator for our new production facility in Öckerö. About the Role As a CNC operator, you will be an important part of our new production. You will work at your own machine where you are responsible for both quality and manufacturing. With us, the role is broad and developmental. You won't just run the machine—you'll also be involved in programming it. You will play an important role in ensuring our deliveries, contributing to our high quality, and our improvement efforts. Responsibilities of a CNC Operator: Read and interpret drawings and work instructions. Set up and program CNC machines. Install the correct tools and materials in the machine. Start and monitor production. Measure and verify that finished parts meet the correct quality and dimensions. Adjust the machine as needed to ensure products are correct. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines. Education High school diploma, preferably with a technical focus (e.g., industrial technology/CNC) Experience and Knowledge Requirements: Good Swedish language skills Thorough and quality-conscious, and contributes to a good working environment Technically interested and willing to develop within CNC and production Interest in solving problems Responsible and safety-conscious Merits: Drawing reading Measurement techniques and use of measuring equipment CAD/CAM, such as Mastercam or Solid Works Personal Competencies Selection will be made with special emphasis on the following competencies: Thorough and responsible – works in a structured manner, follows instructions, and ensures quality in every step Collaborative – contributes to a unpretentious work climate and communicates clearly with colleagues, management, and planning Engaged – actively participates in organization, safety, and improvement efforts Other Requirements Comfortable in a workshop and production environment Follows safety, quality, and ergonomic procedures
