CNC Operator with Setup and Planning Experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a CNC operator with setup and planning experience, you will have an important role in production. You will be part of a production team where you are responsible for setting up and preparing assigned jobs before you operate the machines to produce the parts. This role suits you if you want to work independently and be involved throughout the entire manufacturing process. You will primarily work with the company's modern 5-axis mills and machine parts for the automotive and defense industries, among others. Your responsibilities include, among others: Set up and plan assigned production jobs. Prepare and configure machines for production. Operate and monitor 5-axis CNC mills. Ensure quality through continuous control measurements and monitoring. Contribute to an efficient production flow together with colleagues. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining who wants to take on greater responsibility than the traditional operator role. You have a technical interest, work in a structured manner, and enjoy planning your own work. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience as a CNC operator, preferably in milling. Knowledge or experience with setup in the manufacturing industry. Good technical understanding and ability to read drawings. Experience with 5-axis machining is a plus. Experience with the Heidenhain control system is desired. If you have worked with aluminum machining, that's a bonus, but we also welcome you if you have experience from plastic, wood, or sheet metal machining. The most important thing is that you have the right technical understanding, a quality-conscious work approach, and a desire to develop. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
