About the Position
As a CNC operator with us, you'll have a central role in production where you work with programming, setup, and monitoring of CNC machines to manufacture components according to drawings and high-quality standards.
The role also includes ensuring efficient and stable production through continuous machine monitoring, minor maintenance, and simple repairs. You'll work closely with both production and quality teams to optimize processes together and contribute to continuous improvements in operations.

About You
We're looking for someone with experience in CNC machining within turning, milling, and preferably also 3D laser. You're confident in your professional role and enjoy working independently, while also collaborating easily with others.
You have a strong quality mindset and a commitment that shows in every detail of your work. When faced with new challenges, you're curious, solution-oriented, and willing to develop further.
As a person, you're thorough, practical, and responsible. You listen to instructions and work systematically, while not hesitating to take own initiatives when needed.
Formal Qualifications
B-class driver's license and access to a vehicle
Previous experience working as a CNC operator
Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
