About the Position Work Location: Norrköping and surrounding area Work Hours: Irregular hours and shift work may occur Employment Type: Fixed-term employment (full-time) Start Date: Immediately As a CNC Operator, you will monitor and operate CNC-controlled machines, ensuring that production follows drawings, measurements, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform regular inspections, and make adjustments as needed. The work also involves following procedures, documenting discrepancies, and collaborating with colleagues to keep production efficient, safe, and stable. About You You are detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized, with the ability to maintain focus even at a fast pace. You work methodically, solve problems calmly and thoughtfully, and do not hesitate to ask questions when needed. You thrive in an environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are central, and you contribute to a positive workplace through being helpful, communicative, and easy to work with. Since the work involves shift work, we prefer candidates who are flexible with working hours.
