About the Position As a CNC operator, you will program, set up, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture components according to specific drawings and quality requirements. In addition to machine programming, your responsibilities include monitoring machines, performing regular maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, and ensuring product quality. It is also important that you collaborate with the company's production and quality departments to optimize the manufacturing process. The position is full-time, and working hours may vary. About You Formal Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience as a CNC operator who is experienced working with lathes, mills, and 3D lasers. It is a requirement that you speak fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, in order to understand instructions and directives. A driver's license and access to a car are required for this position. Meritorious It is beneficial if you have experience programming and optimizing CNC machines to improve the manufacturing process. Knowledge of machine technology, regular maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, and collaboration with production and quality departments is also appreciated. A forklift license is also advantageous.
