Do you have experience with CNC machining and a genuine interest in technology? Do you thrive in a role where attention to detail, problem-solving, and quality awareness are central to your daily work? This could be the right opportunity for you. As a CNC Operator, you will work with turning and some milling in a production environment where high quality standards and precision are paramount. You will be part of a tight-knit team, working closely with colleagues and other functions within production. Your responsibilities will include setting up, monitoring, and optimizing machining processes, as well as performing inspection measurements and quality assurance on finished components. Qualifications You have experience with CNC machining, are comfortable reading technical drawings, and have working knowledge of measurement and quality control procedures. You have a technical mindset, a solid understanding of machining processes, and are comfortable working in a production environment. A valid driver's license (category B) is required, and experience with turning, milling, or other machining operations is a plus. As a person, you are detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused. You enjoy collaborating, contribute to good team spirit, and have a desire to grow together with the company.
