About the Role Pauder & People is now seeking several dedicated and responsible CNC Operators for a long-term consulting assignment with our client Diab in Laholm. Diab is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of core materials for, among other applications, wind power and the aviation industry. At Diab, you'll become an important part of a supportive and open team with a collaborative culture, where you work together to make customers' products more competitive and sustainable. This position is arranged in collaboration with Pauder & People. This means you'll initially be employed as a consultant with us, but your daily work and workplace will be at Diab in Laholm. The assignment is long-term, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for a permanent position directly with Diab in the future. Your main responsibilities: Setting up, adjusting, and monitoring CNC machines. Ongoing and precise quality measurements – we never compromise on dimensional tolerances! Tool changes, troubleshooting, and basic machine maintenance during downtime. Daily reporting and documentation of production. Who Are You? Requirements for the Position: Driver's License: At least AM or B category (required to commute to the workplace). Education: Complete upper secondary education. Language: You must speak and write Swedish fluently (an absolute requirement for safety regulations and instructions). Work Schedule: You have the ability and willingness to work shifts. Health (Plastic hardening): You must not be asthmatic or allergic to plastic components (a valid fitness certificate via medical examination is required before employment). A Major Plus (Merits): You have a forklift certification. You have previous experience with CNC machining, process industry, or other manufacturing industry. What Do We Offer?
