About the Role We're looking for a CNC Operator in Stockholm to set up and operate CNC machines for precision machining of metal or plastic. You'll work with blueprint reading, tool selection, programming or fine-tuning machine parameters, and ensure production meets quality standards. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machines for precision machining Interpret blueprints and work orders to achieve correct tolerances Select and change tools, and program or adjust machine parameters Monitor production and make necessary adjustments Perform quality inspections with measuring tools and document results Carry out basic preventive maintenance and report deviations Follow safety procedures and work closely with colleagues for efficient production What You Bring Vocational training in CNC or workshop technology, or equivalent practical experience Experience working with CNC machines, blueprint reading, and quality control Ability to follow safety procedures and handle machine equipment safely You're driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver top quality every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn in the workplace Salary and Employment Type Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or as needed.
