Read more about us at https://bahusia.se About the Position As a CNC Operator, you work in production with our CNC-controlled machines. You are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and running the machines as well as ensuring that production flows smoothly with the right quality and efficiency. The work includes, among other things, CNC machining, tool changes, minor adjustments, control measurements, and ongoing inspection of parts. You work closely with colleagues in production and are an important part of creating a stable and efficient workflow in daily operations. The role suits you if you thrive in a practical production environment, understand the machining process, and want to contribute to order, quality, and development in production. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining. You are practical, thorough, and enjoy working in a role where you get to work closely with machines, parts, and production. You need to be able to read drawings and have good knowledge of measurement techniques, as quality and precision are important aspects of the work. You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for ensuring that the parts meet the specified requirements. Experience with both milling and turning, as well as working with short setup times, is a plus. Your Personality We see that you are a structured and engaged person. You have a solution-oriented approach to your work. You have good computer skills, possess a valid driver's license, and communicate in Swedish and English.
