Learn more about us at https://bahusia.se About the Position As a CNC Operator, you will work in production with our CNC-controlled machines. You are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating the machines, as well as ensuring that production flows smoothly with the right quality and efficiency. The work includes CNC machining, tool changes, minor adjustments, control measurements, and continuous inspection of parts. You will work closely with colleagues in production and play an important role in creating a stable and efficient workflow in daily operations. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a practical production environment, understand machining processes, and want to contribute to organization, quality, and continuous improvement in production. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining. You are practically minded, meticulous, and comfortable working closely with machines, parts, and production. You need to be able to read drawings and have solid knowledge of measuring techniques, as quality and precision are important aspects of the work. You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for ensuring that parts meet specified requirements. Experience with both milling and turning, as well as working with short setup times, is a plus. Your Personality We see that you are a structured and engaged person. You have a solution-oriented approach to your work. You have good computer skills, hold a valid driver's license (category B), and communicate in Swedish and English.
