Learn more about us at https://bahusia.se About the Position As a CNC Operator, you will work in production with our CNC-controlled machines. You are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and running the machines while ensuring that production flows smoothly with the right quality and efficiency. The work includes CNC machining, tool changes, minor adjustments, dimensional control measurement, and ongoing inspection of components. You work closely with colleagues in production and are an important part of creating a stable and efficient workflow in day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy a hands-on production environment, understand the machining process, and want to contribute to organization, quality, and development in production. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining. You are practical-minded, meticulous, and enjoy working in a role where you get to work closely with machines, components, and production. You need to be able to read technical drawings and have solid knowledge of measurement techniques, as quality and precision are important aspects of this work. You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for ensuring that components meet specified requirements. Experience with both milling and turning and working with short setup times is an advantage. Your Personality We see that you are a structured and engaged person. You have a solution-oriented approach to your work. You have good computer skills, hold a valid driver's license (class B), and communicate in Swedish and English.
