About the Role In this role, you will become a central and important part of a production in strong growth. Since the operations mainly work with piece and small-batch manufacturing, your days will be varied with many changeovers, new details, and technical challenges. You are responsible for independently planning, programming, setting up, and running the machines as well as ensuring that the final product meets quality requirements and tolerances. At the same time, you will be part of a driven two-person team that works closely together and helps each other deliver products of the highest quality. More specifically, the position includes: - Programming in a proprietary CAM system - Uploading and optimizing programs in machines - Independent work based on technical drawings and work orders - Setup, changeovers, and tool changes between different products - Processing in laser and milling machines - Control measurements and quality inspections according to drawings - Manufacturing with high demands for precision and tight tolerances About You We are looking for someone with experience in machine operation and manufacturing who thrives in a role where you can combine technical expertise with practical problem-solving. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your work and feel confident independently driving the manufacturing process from start to finish. It is a requirement for the position that you have: - Good basic technical knowledge and an interest in machinery - Good experience with manufacturing, machine operation, and blueprint reading - Good understanding of numbers and logic - Good understanding of Swedish in speech and writing Other Information Start: By agreement Location: Malmö Extent: Full-time Working hours: Initially Monday-Thursday between 06:30-15:45, Friday 06:30-12:30, after which working hours will transition to two shifts.
