CNC/Machine Operators for Axipto Mönsterås

The Role of CNC/Machine Operator We're in a development phase and are now looking for operators for our operation in Mönsterås. As an operator with us, you'll be responsible for running a machine group during your shift. The work includes setup, machine monitoring, measurement control, and quality assurance. You'll work closely with production management and play an important role in achieving our shared goals. The work may also involve work in our grinding department where older grinding machines are used, which requires a genuine interest in machinery. We encourage initiative and would like to see you contribute to improvements, both in day-to-day work and through your own ideas. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to - Have experience in industrial work – preferably as a CNC operator - Preferably have experience with cylindrical or centerless grinding - Be thorough, structured, and enjoy working in a team - Have an interest in technology and a desire to explore new solutions - Enjoy taking responsibility and be able to work independently - Be computer literate and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written We place great importance on your personal qualities.
