Your responsibilities As a CNC instructor at Industrio, you'll have a key role in our training operations. Together with your colleagues, you're responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering instruction in CNC technology—both theoretical and practical. All instruction is carried out in accordance with our internal guidelines, policies, customer agreements, and current regulations. You'll also play an active role in organizing, planning, and following up on apprenticeship placements. We'd appreciate it if you use your network within the industrial sector to find relevant and quality internship positions for our participants. The role requires that you're comfortable taking responsibility and driving work forward independently, while also enjoying collaboration with your colleagues to achieve common goals. You'll be part of an engaged team where cooperation between vocational instructors, educational support staff, administrators, and the operations manager is central—and you'll report directly to the operations manager. Do you have experience in the CNC trade but lack previous teaching background? We believe you have a natural pedagogical ability and feel confident sharing your knowledge and speaking to groups. We're looking for someone who finds it easy to motivate and engage participants, and who is passionate about supporting people during a crucial phase of their lives. Your ability to recognize and respect individuals' differences is something we highly value, as is your social and open personality. Beyond your engagement in the classroom, we want you to be organized, thorough, and able to plan instruction with clear objectives. We actively use digital tools and would like you to be experienced with—and comfortable using—digital methods. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Solid knowledge within the CNC trade. Pedagogical education or at least one year of experience teaching adults (young adults aged 16–25 also count). Good understanding of the training content and the sector's competency requirements. Good computer skills Industrial Technology BAS and CNC Technology green certificate The goal of the training is to make participants employable. This requires that you as an instructor have good insight into the entire training content and understanding of the target group's needs. If you're a test leader for Industrial Technology BAS and CNC Technology green, that's a merit. Other information This is a full-time position starting with a six-month probationary period.
