You thrive in a project-oriented environment where you get to work with new products, development, and technical improvements. You appreciate working closely with both design and production and find it motivating to contribute solutions on how products can be produced in a smart, efficient, and high-quality manner. If you have also worked with CAM programming, that is a major plus! To succeed in the role, you need to be analytical, communicative, and curious while you enjoy collaborating internationally and working in change-driven environments.
