CMF Designer

Shape the next generation of vehicle interiors and exteriors in a creative role where color, material, and finish become production-ready design solutions. Here you'll work with color, material, and finish in the development of next-generation vehicles. The role suits you if you want to combine creative design with production, collaboration, and clear visual communication. About the Role You support CMF work in vehicle programs from concept to launch. You develop proposals that are both creative and production-feasible. You work closely with designers, engineers, visualization experts, and suppliers. You contribute to sustainability initiatives and material innovation. What You'll Do Develop CMF concepts, color schemes, and material selections. Create technical documentation for quilting, perforation, textures, and mesh patterns. Produce presentations, renders, and visual storytelling materials. Coordinate dialogue with suppliers for paint, soft trim, and decorative materials. Present proposals to internal and external stakeholders. We're Looking for Someone With Higher education in industrial design, transportation design, or similar. 2–5 years of experience with CMF, preferably in the automotive industry. Experience delivering production-ready design solutions. Experience working in global and cross-functional teams. Strong ability to present and explain design decisions.
