As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a central role in coordinating customer needs, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring a professional and personal experience throughout the entire journey. About the position Perido is now seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to strengthen our client's team, one of Sweden's largest banks. The office is located just north of Stockholm, where you'll work on-site at the office. Your responsibilities As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating and driving the entire onboarding process for new customers within PWM & FO. You'll have direct contact with customers and collaborate with account managers and relevant experts to create a smooth and professional onboarding experience. You'll also help further develop the company's concepts and working methods. This means you will: Serve new customers by coordinating their needs for various banking services Act as project lead during the onboarding phase, both internally and in relation to the customer Gather and manage information used for both customer service and analysis at the company's KYC/AML center Your qualities To succeed in this role, you are organized, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You enjoy keeping track of details, driving things forward, and ensuring that different parts work together. You are communicative and enjoy working with customers and colleagues, while being curious to learn more and develop in the role. You're willing to take responsibility, work without ego, and don't hesitate to ask when something is unclear. You have an eye for quality and enjoy finding smarter and more efficient ways of working. Requirements: Have substantial experience working with customer service for both private and corporate customers in banking/finance Have knowledge of, and preferably experience with, KYC/AML regulations Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Meritorious: Experience with onboarding new customers Post-secondary education Scope and start date Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months.
