We are now looking for a CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) who wants to join our journey and contribute to a sustainable society for future generations.
Your future team
My name is Aida Ploskic and together with nine skilled colleagues in HR, Health & Safety, we work to drive the development of Kraftringen within our three areas. Right now we are looking for you to complement our team and in the role of CISO strengthen information and cyber security across the entire group. In the role you will collaborate closely with management, operations, IT and other support functions, and you will be the driving force that sets the direction both at strategic and operational levels.
Your role with us
As CISO at Kraftringen, you will be a key person where protecting information, systems, digital services and business-critical processes is an important part of your work for our customers, our employees and society's energy supply. You lead, coordinate and further develop our group-wide information security work with a risk-based, business-focused and collaboration-oriented approach.
The role involves both building long-term capability and creating practical working methods that make it easier for the business to handle information securely. You make a difference by ensuring that information security becomes a natural part of governance, digitalization, procurement, development initiatives and change management.
Your role includes, among other things:
· further develop Kraftringen's strategy, governance and working methods for information security.
· contribute to a group-wide management system for information security and ensure that relevant requirements and regulations are implemented in practice.
· support the business in matters related to risk management, information classification and protection of critical assets.
· collaborate with IT and other support functions to integrate information security requirements in projects, system development, procurement and supplier management.
· follow up and coordinate work on security incidents, reporting and investigations.
· develop security awareness in the organization through training, communication and advice.
Who are you?
We are looking for you with 5-7 years of experience in information security, cyber security, risk management or related areas and who wants to be part of developing a systematic, sustainable and business-focused security work. You have a solid foundation in the field, a desire to make a difference together with others and the ability to translate requirements and risks into solutions that work in practice.
As a person you describe yourself as confident, structured and collaboration-oriented. You have the ability to build trust, listen to different perspectives and explain complex issues in a clear and pedagogical way. We also believe that you have good judgment, high integrity and a desire to contribute to a security culture where more people feel responsibility, involvement and understanding of information security in everyday life.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
· experience working with information security, cyber security, risk management or similar areas. In other words, documented application of NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001 and other relevant regulations and standards.
· understanding of governance, processes and working methods within information security.
· ability to collaborate with different parts of the business and translate security requirements into practical solutions.
· good communication and pedagogical skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is beneficial if you have:
· experience from critical social functions, the energy sector or other environments where security, continuity and regulatory compliance are important aspects.
What we offer you
It takes courage to lead the energy transition. And that courage exists here, at Kraftringen.
